Suunto S6 This is a great watch. It has a ton of features, and everything seems to work great, although I won't get to really test it out until the season starts. I'm really excited to see how fast I'm going. The menus are extremely easy to use as well.
Easy Rider Best thing about the S6 is its EASY to use! Simply set your reference altitude, start your logbook, ski / ride powder all day, stop logbook, check vertical, drink beer, sleep, wake up and repeat.

If you consume 100 calories a day more than you need, you will gain about 10 pounds in a year. A reasonable combination of diet and exercise can help control your weight. The key is to balance your caloric intake with the amount of exercise.
