Nixon Grace Watch - Women's

The Nixon Grace is a sports watch designed with a high emphasis on style. If you take all the style and character of the female athletes that push the envelope in snowboarding, surfing, and skateboarding and boil them down into a watch, you get the best of both worlds—sport and style. The Grace is built like a solid sports watch: stainless steel case and bracelet polished with a mix of high gloss and matte finishing, raised steel bezel to protect the scratch-resistant mineral crystal, and 100 meter water resistant. So this is not a throw-away faux jewelry piece built to low water resistancy and meant to be the flavor of the month. AVAILABLE FOR US SHIPMENT ONLY.

Nixon Watch Band
The watch is very well made. The band's clasp is difficult to put on and take off. The watch will be returned for a different band or model.

worth it...
This watch is hot. The face is small, the size of a penny. Not too burly though very well made. The clasp is like any normal steel watch, not difficult. The date display window is teeny but cute. I got the silver and its very streamlined.

I love this watch!
This is truly a beautiful watch that is complemented all the time. It is classic and graceful, but has a touch of an edge and cool style. The first time I put it on, the watch clasp was definetely tricky, but not even noticable once you're used to it.

Training Tips

Did you know that to lose approximately one pound of fat, an average adult would have to walk 30 miles? You don't have to walk those 30 miles all at once.

If you consume 100 calories a day more than you need, you will gain about 10 pounds in a year.  A reasonable combination of diet and exercise can help control your weight.  The key is to balance your caloric intake with the amount of exercise.

You can increase your maximum oxygen consumption by approximately 15% when you work out three times a week for at least 30 minutes at 70% of your maximum heart rate.

Low weight, high rep circuit training combines the best of both worlds: aerobic and anaerobic training.  Keeping the rest time in between high repeats low excercises like bench press, leg presses, inclined sit-ups, and upright rows is the key to maximum benefits.
