Great Sports Watch
This is the second Nike Presto watch I've owned, they're great. The small size fits my wrist perfectly and it's so lightweight that you forget you're wearing it. It's the only watch that I can where while playing golf, it never slips or moves around.


Nice lightweight sporty watch for my wife
She really liked the watch, after all she had picked it out and she gets a lot of compliments. The display is big and she likes the light-up feature. Her only complaint was that since it doesn't fasten in the back, it just grips to the wrist which is a little uncomfortable and if not moved around occasionally, her wrist gets indents and it hurts a little. She still wears it a lot though.


Good little watch
Got this for my wife, wanted analog dial but could not find anywhere. The instructions are abysmally small, the digital numbers use large dots which may not please everyone. The 2 buttons for settings the 3 functions (Date, Time, Cron) are a bit awkward but work okay. Quick and efficient service.


CUTE WATCH BUT...
I thought the watch was really cute but it cut into my wrist. I had to return it. I am not large so this was a great disappointment to me.


Nike Watch
This watch is awesome. I can wear it for all my activities and it doesn't get stinky like running watches with velcro bands. The glow feature is great for nights and the display is big and easy to see. Plus, this is the first place I've seen these watches on sale. I bought orange and I love it but I wouldn't mind having another color too!

Training Tips

For runners looking to get the maximum benefit from hill training, as you sprint to the top of the hill have your arms pumping faster and faster.  Once you get to the top, continue on increasing your speed as much as possible.

After each interval, take your pulse rate by counting the number of beats at your wrist or neck for 15 seconds.  Multiply that result by four to get your beats per minute.  Your next interval should start before your heart rate is less than 60% of your maximum.



The four components of good fitness include flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and cardiorespiratory endurance.  For optimum health, include at least two of these groups in three workouts per week.

Your fitness level will improve by overloading, working your body hard enough to stimulate the body, progression, increasing the frequency, intensity, and duration of exercise over time, and regularity, working out frequently, at least three times a week.
