Highgear Summit Watch
Mad style, mad data, but no mad squinting trying to read tiny little numbers. The Highgear Summit Watch is a precision altimeter/compass watch with a large readable face and enough style to masquerade as a dress watch. The Altimeter can store up to 20 altitude points with time and date data and tracks accumulated altitude. The Barometer tracks trends for the last 24 hours, and provides a forecast based on that data in case millibars just make you scratch your head. Both altimeter and barometer are tied to the digital thermometer to keep them honest when things warm up or cool down. The compass is declination adjustable and works with the same rotating bezel that lends the watch its unique style.

Love It Best watch I have ever owned. I take it everywhere with me. It is very durable. You may have to calibrate the altimeter, compass, and barometer in case it is off. Once you set it it is extremely accurate. It is also very stylish and I have gotten many comments about its looks. It is really fun to use too, my friends always come up to me and check the weather trying to see if it is wrong but it hasn't been wrong yet!!!
Good all around watch. This is a very good watch. It has a very durable case and strap. The compass works great and is very accurate. The altimeter is not that accurate at least on my watch. It haas been known to change altitudes when you are standing still. The barometer is extremely accurate and very helpful with a little knowledge of predicting weather using barometric trends and the trend chart goes back a whole 24 hours. The watch is kind of bulky compared to most average sized watches. Definitely a steal compared to Suunto watch with the same features.

Training Tips
One of the most mentally toughening things you can do as a runner who trains daily is to add a morning run into your routine. This means you are doing two runs a day. The morning run is simply more of a mental challenge then anything else.
Have two pairs of running shoes, especially if you live in a wet climate. Consider replacing your shoes no later than 500 miles into the life of the shoes.

Proper hydration for a run includes drinking 30 - 45 minutes before you start and about a cup every 10 - 15 minutes while running.
One of the best ways to win a running race is to win it in your mind first. Visualize yourself running and winning that important race. The more often you do this, you will start to "feel" the race. Your heart will get pumping and your body will feel the effort required to get the job done.
