I absolutely love the Salomon Ivy boots. At first I was skeptical of the size, as my toes initially touched the front of the boot. However, with Salomon, the inner liner does a fabulous job at conforming to the foot and creating a customized fit. After a couple rides, the boots fit perfectly. I highly recommend Salomon boots.

Training Tips
Proper hydration for a run includes drinking 30 - 45 minutes before you start and about a cup every 10 - 15 minutes while running.
