DC Emblem Snowboard Boot - Women's
The DC Emblem snowboard boot is inspired by DC's street shoe line. The Emblem takes casual skate style to the mountain. Built specifically for women's smaller feet, the last is the only thing that changes on this boot. It boot comes packed with performance. Boa lacing makes tightening your Emblem down easy—even if you're wearing gloves, heck even if you can afford gloves, so your hands are freezing, you can still operate this system.

DC's are the BEST BOOTS!! I've been using DC Boots ever since I started boarding. They are the most comfortable and overall PERFECT boots ever made!! The fact that they came out with a BOA lace system is even more *Fantastic* I recommend this to anyone, experienced or first time boarders!! =)
DC Emblem Highly recommended; The best part of course is the BOA lacing system. But on top of that the boot feels really snug and keeps your feet dry =D or that might just be my socks...

As your fitness improves over time by following a carefully planned fitness program, your ability to exercise closer to your maximum heart rate will improve.

Did you know that to lose approximately one pound of fat, an average adult would have to walk 30 miles? You don't have to walk those 30 miles all at once.
If you consume 100 calories a day more than you need, you will gain about 10 pounds in a year. A reasonable combination of diet and exercise can help control your weight. The key is to balance your caloric intake with the amount of exercise.
