In 2005, the Sable takes several strides ahead in performance including the new Speed Zone lacing system, designed to provide zonal lacing options for ultimate fit and comfort customization. Pull one lace to tighten the upper portion of your boot and another to tighten the lower portion. Within seconds, you’re on your way to the lift, ending those parking lot wrestling matches between your frozen fingers and your bootlaces. Riders who demand customized fit will love the Sables new heat-moldable Imprint 3 EVA liner that conforms to the shape of your heel and ankle for unrivaled comfort and support.-Vendor

No new boot blues This boot was comfortable right out of the box, and after I heat molded it..it turned into the best boot I've ever had. This speed zone lacing system is awesome. I used to cut my laces to to be able to tighten the lower portion and the upper portions separately..Burton's system works better, and looks better too.
The best! Oh my goodness. These are the best boots I've had! I had issues getting my lace up boots tight enough, and comfortable enough. These are fast, and never EVER have to be re-tightened during the day. I'm always the first one ready to hit the slopes when our friends go up the mountain! Highly recommended!
Sable boot review These boots absolutely rock! They were comfortable as soon as I put them on and performed incredibly on the slopes. Also, easy to put on/take off -Highly Recommended. My friend had just purchased DC Boots with the Boa lacing system and had a hard time with them - as soon as she tried my Sables on, she was amazed. She is selling the DCs and getting the Sable now. Spend the money on these boots right now - you won't regret it!
Love My Gear!!! I got the women's Burton Sable boots and they are the most comfortable boots ever! I wore them boarding up at Mt. Bachelor this past weekend in Bend, Oregon and they were awesome! I'd recommend them to anyone...comfortable, quick and easy to strap up Thanks!!! :)

Training Tips
Have two pairs of running shoes, especially if you live in a wet climate. Consider replacing your shoes no later than 500 miles into the life of the shoes.
Proper hydration for a run includes drinking 30 - 45 minutes before you start and about a cup every 10 - 15 minutes while running.

One of the best ways to win a running race is to win it in your mind first. Visualize yourself running and winning that important race. The more often you do this, you will start to "feel" the race. Your heart will get pumping and your body will feel the effort required to get the job done.
Be serious about getting and staying in shape. Create a written plan that outlines the steps you are taking and the expected result by a certain date. Review your plan frequently and adjust as necessary. Do what it takes to get what you want.
