Red Remix Helmet
The RED Remix helmet offers the confidence needed to navigate hairy terrain and step up your riding, from pointing rock-infested chutes to bushwacking through tight trees. A new in-mold construction reduces the shell weight by 50% for a durable, lightweight helmet that won't bog you down. The low-profile Quick Clip removable ear pads use the same waterproof, breathable softshell fabric found in the Burton high-end AK outerwear, so you can kiss cold ears goodbye. We put an end to helmet headaches by redesigning the interior using top-shelf padding for insane comfort. Remix is engineered with a heat sucking vent system that uses the low pressure created by airflow over your helmet to pull the heat away from your head. A super tough oxidized finish, metal logo emblems and metal mesh vents create an overall automotive-inspired design theme. If you demand safety in style, the Remix offers high-tech comfort in a battle-proof design. –Vendor

Red Remix Platinum Helmet I love the look of this helmet. Nothing like what you see everywhere, and so I believe it will be less likely to walk. The fit is ok but I have a very large head and it was not easy to find one that fit at all. It was odd and a bit frustrating that once I found the helmet to fit my dome the chin strap was too short and choking. I used another helmet strap from around the house to create a extension piece. The helmet then was warm, comfortable and has yet to be called into action. I will write an update when it is.....I hope!! Late.

Training Tips
The four components of good fitness include flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and cardiorespiratory endurance. For optimum health, include at least two of these groups in three workouts per week.
Your fitness level will improve by overloading, working your body hard enough to stimulate the body, progression, increasing the frequency, intensity, and duration of exercise over time, and regularity, working out frequently, at least three times a week.

As your fitness improves over time by following a carefully planned fitness program, your ability to exercise closer to your maximum heart rate will improve.
Did you know that to lose approximately one pound of fat, an average adult would have to walk 30 miles? You don't have to walk those 30 miles all at once.
