Red Hi-Fi Helmet
The RED HI-FI is an essential helmet for all snow riders. If you've ever scorpioned trying to pull a new trick on a bulletproof booter, you know a durable helmet is essential. Built with a high-end in-mold construction for a superior strength-to-weight ratio, the Hi-Fi is the lightest snowboarding helmet available. Since comfort is the key, RED redesigned the interior to improve fit. You might not see the changes, but you'll certainly feel them. On the style front, progressive graphic artist Tommy Penton hooked up the urban-inspired graphics, which are finished with matte and gloss paint details. Steady improvements and up to date style join forces to make a helmet that you will actualy want to wear.

Hardly know it's there. I have been snowboarding for about 10 years and never worn a helmet. I finally decided to buy one after a couple of nasty bumps from rails. This helmet has not disappointed me at all. It looks great and it is very light. Like the title says, I kept forgetting that I had a helmet on.
Great Helmet I'm new to snowboarding and after taking some nasty falls I decided to get a helmet. Got one based on the review I read here and that guy is right on the money. At times I had to keep checking to see if the helmet was on. Extremely light with great ventilation. Not too warm, not too cold. I don't have much to compare this to, but at this point I can't see anything being much better.
red hi fi helmet perfect fit, really comfortable & breathable. i'd give it a 6!
Hi-Fi Review Helmet solid as a rock. Extraordinarily light weight. Not sure it's worth 0, but will see many a day on the snow.

Training Tips
One of the most mentally toughening things you can do as a runner who trains daily is to add a morning run into your routine. This means you are doing two runs a day. The morning run is simply more of a mental challenge then anything else.
Have two pairs of running shoes, especially if you live in a wet climate. Consider replacing your shoes no later than 500 miles into the life of the shoes.

Proper hydration for a run includes drinking 30 - 45 minutes before you start and about a cup every 10 - 15 minutes while running.
One of the best ways to win a running race is to win it in your mind first. Visualize yourself running and winning that important race. The more often you do this, you will start to "feel" the race. Your heart will get pumping and your body will feel the effort required to get the job done.
