IPS pro tec hip pads.. These hip pads are a great product overall. I mean if you really fall hard on your ass, it's still gonna hurt...nothing can prevent that. But it will cushion and absorb many blows, so you will only feel a little pain. The material used to make this is really nice, it doesn't make you sweat, and lastly, it wont make you look like a fat ass by bulking of your pants. I say it's the best ass pads out there for riders..
very good & a must for serious riding & carving Awesome crash pads. The mesh shorts breathe well for all temperature ranges. The foam padding is the best that I have seen and really saves your tail. Be careful when pulling on as the waistband is attached to light mess material and can rip easily if you pull too hard. There are loops to grasp when putting them on. Manufacturer should think of anchoring these into the pads and not the mesh to improve durability mesh short fabric.
Keeps you hot and safe for snowskate and snowboarding It keeps you hot and you don't feel you have an helmet on. It does not look exactly like a beanie but it does not look like a helmet. It is really between a beanie and a helmet.

Training Tips
The four components of good fitness include flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and cardiorespiratory endurance. For optimum health, include at least two of these groups in three workouts per week.
Your fitness level will improve by overloading, working your body hard enough to stimulate the body, progression, increasing the frequency, intensity, and duration of exercise over time, and regularity, working out frequently, at least three times a week.

As your fitness improves over time by following a carefully planned fitness program, your ability to exercise closer to your maximum heart rate will improve.
Did you know that to lose approximately one pound of fat, an average adult would have to walk 30 miles? You don't have to walk those 30 miles all at once.
