Giro Fuse TuneUps 2
The Giro Fuse TuneUps 2 lets you convert your currently boring Fuse helmet into a beat pumping party and communications central. We don't suggest wearing your Fuse to an actual party, unless you deem it necessary. But the TuneUps 2 kit will keep you pumped and in communication with your party posse while you're on your skis or snowboard. The kit includes a set of headphone earpads that replace your current boring ones. LINK technology allows you to plug in to your music and your cell phone at the same time, so you can keep your social schedule dialed without dropping your cell off the lift. The built-in microphone lets you speak hands-free, and multiple phone jacks fit most any cell. The music cord plugs into your MP3, iPod, mini disc or AM radio. In addition, The travel case holds up to 10 CD's or your audio player. *Fits all year models of Fuse helmets.

Tune-up are great Tune-ups work great--good sound quality and they don't change the fit of the helmet at all. The phone link portion leaves a little bit to be desired, I found that the adapter for my Sony-Erickson phone (which skull-candy, the manufacturer of the audio portion, sent me at no charge) had a tendency to become disconnected in my pocket. Also whenever there was the slightest wind it made the call unintelligible on the other end. I also found that the volume control and the call button were easy to push accidentally. The audio portion however made the shortfalls up to me, and I would definitely recommend this product.
Giro Fuse TuneUps II Great product. Very easy to install and use. My only improvement would be to the volume control as it is tough to adjust with gloves when clipped on.

Training Tips
For runners looking to get the maximum benefit from hill training, as you sprint to the top of the hill have your arms pumping faster and faster. Once you get to the top, continue on increasing your speed as much as possible.
After each interval, take your pulse rate by counting the number of beats at your wrist or neck for 15 seconds. Multiply that result by four to get your beats per minute. Your next interval should start before your heart rate is less than 60% of your maximum.

The four components of good fitness include flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and cardiorespiratory endurance. For optimum health, include at least two of these groups in three workouts per week.
Your fitness level will improve by overloading, working your body hard enough to stimulate the body, progression, increasing the frequency, intensity, and duration of exercise over time, and regularity, working out frequently, at least three times a week.
