DAKINE Low Roller Snowboard Bag
The DAKINE Low Roller Snowboard Bag is a wheeled bodyguard for your board. Padded board protection ensures you'll hit those distant slopes with your board in one piece, even if the luggage handler thinks your bag is a Frisbee. A full length zipper allows for smooth board entry. Urethane wheels are durable enough to cross the Gobi desert, so they'll have no problem with even the most primitive airport.

Dakine Snowboard Bag is great The bag holds all of the equipment we need to go snowboarding - bag, boots, goggles, helmet, etc. It is very durable. The wheels are great for rolling instead of having to carry it. Makes it easy to check it onto the plane.
Great Value! For the price I paid, I wasn't expecting much more than an adequate board bag. The Low Roller is quality, and far surpassed my expectations. I haven't found another bag out there that can compete. Buy it.
Awesome Snowboard Bag This bag is currently in southern France with my 18-year-old. It was lost in the San Francisco airport, traveled extensively on several different airlines before arriving at the destination in Spain, and now is bouncing around in a small car with my two sons and friends. So far, it has performed amazingly well. I'm anxious to see how it holds up on the return home on January 27. Thanks for a great product.
Withstanding Airport Mishap This bag is perfect for traveling on airplanes. It has adequate padding and will stand up to the wear and tear inflicted by the airport staff. My bag was actually lost. I imagined it just laying on the run way and knew that my board would come back wangled. When the bag/board was returned to me, it was unscathed! I highly recommend the low roller.

Training Tips
Proper hydration for a run includes drinking 30 - 45 minutes before you start and about a cup every 10 - 15 minutes while running.
One of the best ways to win a running race is to win it in your mind first. Visualize yourself running and winning that important race. The more often you do this, you will start to "feel" the race. Your heart will get pumping and your body will feel the effort required to get the job done.

Be serious about getting and staying in shape. Create a written plan that outlines the steps you are taking and the expected result by a certain date. Review your plan frequently and adjust as necessary. Do what it takes to get what you want.
Buy running gear made with performance fabrics - Supplex, Coolmax, Lycra, Goretex - that allow for full range of motion.
