What a great product! When I went boarding before and kept my "stash" in my pocket sometimes it would get crushed and good "KGB" doesn't need to be crushed. Since getting the kit I can thrash all I want and even hit a tree and the handy case leaves the contents "unshwagged"
happy 420 on the mountain
The 420 kit was one of the best pickups ever. It was a bit smaller than I antcipated, which makes it prime for storage anywhere, and it's padded and strong and great protection for your mountain stash. The only real problem is that the removable bag does not seal air tight, so if you leave your stuff there for a few days it will dry out a lot, so make sure you stuff is in an extra baggie before you put it in the removable bag. Otherwise this is a fantastic product.

I enjoy the 420 kit. I do like how the zipper has waterproof tape for the seams, however, it is a bit time consuming to get it open. It's awesome that the inside bag is able to snap into the case, dont want to loose whats in it.

It's cool as heck. This little stash case has the goods at a good price. Buy your gear after you buy this so you can fit your spoon on the scene. Remarkably easy to open even though it is waterproof I got the camo one wish I Bought the black one it looks cooler.There's a space for the blue and green, a loop for the hardwear and a pouch that fits a mini bic lighter. The baggie's key, things dry fast without it.

Training Tips
Heart monitors are useful for knowing when you are in the right zone for your training efforts. If you understand what your maximum heart rate is, you can set up your monitor to beep at you when you exceed the high or low range of your heart rate for the type of workout you are doing.

Anaeroic threshold is when lactic acid starts to build up in your body as your muscles are not getting the oxygen they require. This threshold is typically expressed as a percentage of your VO2 max - the amount of oxygen per kilogram of weight that a person can use in converting fuel to energy. Elite athletes threshold might be as high as 90% of VO2 max.
Efficient running position allows you to run farther and faster. Keep the heel raise to a minimum, relax your upper body and hands, keep your upper body poised and quiet.
