The North Face Salathe Fleece Jacket - Men's
Ideal for summer backpacking and hiking, The North Face Salathe fleece jacket offers insulation without bulk with Polartec 100 fleece. This lightweight jacket comes packed with features. It's warm, soft, compressible and durable. The fabric dries quickly, launders well, resists pilling and is treated with an anti-microbial finish. The nylon/Lycra cuffs and hem seal out the elements and provide a close fit along with the flat-locked seams which eliminate bulk, prevent chafing and improve comfort when layering. Plus, the Salathe is designed to zip into a shell jacket for complete weatherproofing and warmth.

I like it. It's a simple piece but does its job, a warm lightweight layering option. Soft and comfy, it fits well enough. I don't know about the stretch elastic bottom hem, but it's fine, maybe just looks a little bunchy. The right weight for higher exertion activity in the cold under a shell.
high quality jacket This jacket is very high quality. It does a good job fighting off the cold wind. In addition, it works quite well as an inner layer of my boarding jacket. The only problem I have is that the jacket is almost too long, and I'm pretty tall. Someone please tell manufacturers to make clothes that fit tall and thin people. :)
Great buy Works well with and without the shell...Was given as a gift and he loved it...Get one for you, it will be worth it.
Fleece Jacket This Jacket is great, it is so warm, almost too warm at times. I use it as a medium light jacket and it is amazing. Highly recommended.
nice fleece I bought the fleece to go in my north face parka that I received for christmas. Fits great, good shipping, will order here again....

Training Tips
Your fitness level will improve by overloading, working your body hard enough to stimulate the body, progression, increasing the frequency, intensity, and duration of exercise over time, and regularity, working out frequently, at least three times a week.
As your fitness improves over time by following a carefully planned fitness program, your ability to exercise closer to your maximum heart rate will improve.

Did you know that to lose approximately one pound of fat, an average adult would have to walk 30 miles? You don't have to walk those 30 miles all at once.
If you consume 100 calories a day more than you need, you will gain about 10 pounds in a year. A reasonable combination of diet and exercise can help control your weight. The key is to balance your caloric intake with the amount of exercise.
