North Face McMurdo Parka = warm and dry Living at 7000' here in Flagstaff, Arizona, means cold winters and plenty of snow. When the temperature goes below freezing the McMurdo Parka keeps me warmer than any other possibly could. I rate it A+ for keeping me warm and dry.
Great Jacket - But.... I just bought this jacket for the cold winters in Denmark. Itīs a really great jacket but has a few small errors. 1. The zipper is for left-handed, or is it just in Denmark that the zipper is on the left? 2. There should have been a way to tighten the jacket around the waist, making it even easier to keep warm. But that's it, itīs a great jacket!

Simply the best This parka is the best and warmest winter gear I could possibly have got. Great materials and charming attention to detail such as the fleece cuff warmers. Simply a great buy.
Great coat The McMurdo is a great parka but, unfortunatly it was too big on me, which aside from the look of it would allow cold air to come from under. I wear a size M in the fleece jackets, and I really wish The North Face would make this coat in a small.

Training Tips
