defiant Jacket This is a good jacket, the fabric is tough and should hold up for years, good venting and easy access pockets. This jacket is wonderful for snowboarding. The hood is removable, a feature I really wanted and it has a comfortable lining. It is warm enough to be worn alone in 15 degree weather snowboarding, my primary use of this jacket.
Lightweight, warm, waterproof and windproof I had looked seemingly forever for something that would emody all of the great things one would want in a great winter jacket. I wanted something warm, lightweight, waterproof and windproof and I didn't want to spend a fortune. Look no further, this coat has it all. I would highly recommend this jacket for anyone in that does any type of outdoor winter activity. It's tough, it looks great and best of all it was reasonably priced. You can't go wrong here!
Great Winter Jacket Jacket is great for winter weather below 25 degrees, above that skiing with only a thermal shirt on. Well designed for vetilation and comfort. I use this as my primary winter jacket for all activities. Over 25 degrees it get a little warm for any serious activities, even with pit vents open. The arms are also cut a little long but velcro seals at wrists are able to accomodate this adequately. Overall I love the jacket.
Defiant Jacket This is an excellent jacket. Extremely light wieght and very durable. I'd recommend it.

Training Tips
You can increase your maximum oxygen consumption by approximately 15% when you work out three times a week for at least 30 minutes at 70% of your maximum heart rate.
Low weight, high rep circuit training combines the best of both worlds: aerobic and anaerobic training. Keeping the rest time in between high repeats low excercises like bench press, leg presses, inclined sit-ups, and upright rows is the key to maximum benefits.

As a long distance runner, a gradual increase in distance each week will allow you to build a solid areobic base. Distance increase should be no more than 10% of the previous week's distance.
When buying a new pair of running shoes, bring your old ones with you. You will get a better fit if you know if you supinate or pronate.
