Excellent softshell For me, this is a do-it-all softshell. The fit is perfect, layers nicely under technical shells (Marmot, Oakley) and work jackets (Carhartt). It's clean and simple, warm, definitely stops cold, biting wind, breathable enough to be comfortable across a wide range of activity, and not too bulky. The materials are strong, durable and abrasion resistant. Won't pill or be a lint magnet like many fleeces. Very well made. And, while I'm not a fashion-ista, it looks nice enough to receive compliments :) Downside? It 'aint cheap.
everything jacket I ride (bike) to work everyday in this jacket. Lately it's been below 10 degrees, and I am never cold. It's totally windproof and cleans easily. I love it. It's worth the money bc it lasts. I stay dry too. I wish it had a hood though.
Great softshell I would not recommend this jacket in conditions below -10 Celsius, especially if there is wind. For all other conditions it is brilliant. Water and wind proof. Very comfortable.
The best in any conditions I've owned this jacket for almost two years now and have worn it in everything from overcast, mild conditions to 10F and dumping snow. This coat is flawless. If you don't buy it on sale, yes it's spendy but worth every penny. A must have. It does everything Marmot says it will.
You need this jacket! The first time I wore it I had it on in a restaurant and managed to spill the cheese dip I was eating all over my new jacket. Ack! Not only is the Sharp Point impervious to wind and water resistant, but spills just wash right off and it still looks brand-new. Hey, what can I say? Very goovy jacket and the chicks dig it.

Training Tips
Proper hydration for a run includes drinking 30 - 45 minutes before you start and about a cup every 10 - 15 minutes while running.
One of the best ways to win a running race is to win it in your mind first. Visualize yourself running and winning that important race. The more often you do this, you will start to "feel" the race. Your heart will get pumping and your body will feel the effort required to get the job done.

Be serious about getting and staying in shape. Create a written plan that outlines the steps you are taking and the expected result by a certain date. Review your plan frequently and adjust as necessary. Do what it takes to get what you want.
Buy running gear made with performance fabrics - Supplex, Coolmax, Lycra, Goretex - that allow for full range of motion.
