Size is v important Great clog...HOWEVER order at least ONE full size larger than U wear in street shoes. I called and spoke to a rep....he said they run large, so buy a smaller than normal size... he was EXTREMELY wrong. I took his advice and ordered 11 my usual size ( I had intended to order large but he talked me out of it). Needless to say I had to return 'em for 11.5...that still was not even close...I returned again for 12. It's ok now, but ORDER LARGE
Nice slip on Great slip on clog. Pefect for people you have medium to narrow feet and medium to high arches.
Purchased Powderslide Clogs by Salomon Shoes were great. I purchased them for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved them. Unfortunately, I had to get them in a larger size because the salesman stated that they were no longer making this particular style and I had to have them! My boyfriend still insists on keeping them (he just wears thick socks!).
Salomon Powerslides are the best! This is my fifth pair of powder slides. They fit perfect and are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I buy exactly my size (9) and they are a bit snug for the first day and thereafter are perfect. Never needed to buy a size larger as some people think.
Perfect Father's Day Gift My siblings and I purchased the shoes as a Father's Day gift for our wonderful Dad. He was diagnosed with Cancer and is taking Chemotherapy treatments which make every day tasks difficult. So we thought why not get him shoes that he can just slide his feet in and out of. They are awesome! Very easy for him to use and comfortable as well - they look great also which makes them the greatest shoes in the world for what they can do for my father! We are very pleased - and so is Dad. Thank you for such a wonderful product!

Training Tips
You can increase your maximum oxygen consumption by approximately 15% when you work out three times a week for at least 30 minutes at 70% of your maximum heart rate.
Low weight, high rep circuit training combines the best of both worlds: aerobic and anaerobic training. Keeping the rest time in between high repeats low excercises like bench press, leg presses, inclined sit-ups, and upright rows is the key to maximum benefits.

As a long distance runner, a gradual increase in distance each week will allow you to build a solid areobic base. Distance increase should be no more than 10% of the previous week's distance.
When buying a new pair of running shoes, bring your old ones with you. You will get a better fit if you know if you supinate or pronate.
