Throw the snow clogs in the fire Alright, I maybe a 31 year old trying to recapture my youth but... The DC H20 shoe is comfortable and perfect for our Park City winter weather. The shoe grips the ice and sheds water like a Sorrel boot but looks much better.
Sweet Kicks I bought these snowskating shoes just in time for the buffalo winter and they are awesome. My socks don't get wet and they have good grip. I actually do snowskate in them too and I actually have board feel and control which I didn't beforehand. Even if you don't snowskate, these cool lookin' shoes are a great alternative to bulky, uncomfortable winter boots.
Best shoes ever These are the best shoes I’ve ever gotten for the winter. They never get wet, they’re cheap as heck, and they even keep my feet warm on the mountain before I put on my DC Phantom 4 boots.
Brilliant ! These shoes are great they work well in all types of weather. I took them skiing with me and my feet never got wet. They were a little stiff when I got them but after a few days they were fine. Also the international shipping was extremely fast, I ordered them on a Friday and was wearing them by Monday.

Training Tips
When buying a new pair of running shoes, bring your old ones with you. You will get a better fit if you know if you supinate or pronate.
Heart monitors are useful for knowing when you are in the right zone for your training efforts. If you understand what your maximum heart rate is, you can set up your monitor to beep at you when you exceed the high or low range of your heart rate for the type of workout you are doing.

Cross training gives your body a chance to recover while still exercising. If yesterday has a hard run day up and down hills, then today's bicycle ride gives your aching knees a well deserved break.
Anaeroic threshold is when lactic acid starts to build up in your body as your muscles are not getting the oxygen they require. This threshold is typically expressed as a percentage of your VO2 max - the amount of oxygen per kilogram of weight that a person can use in converting fuel to energy. Elite athletes threshold might be as high as 90% of VO2 max.
