Marmot Midweight Crew LS - Kids
|
The Marmot Midweight Crew for kids is the best baselayer on the market you could get for a kid. Made from Marmots P-520A fabric, Midweight Crews will keep little people warm and dry all winter long. Grown-ups who play in the mountains in winter know that the best baselayers in the biz are made by Marmot. So apply the awesome thermal properties of a Marmot Midweight Crew to your kid, and know that s/he’ll be toasty day in and day out, all winter long. Made from Marmot's P-520A fabric with an additional moisture wicking treatment, the Midweight Crew for kids keeps little ones warm, and in case they get too warm—like at recess—it wicks moisture away from the skin to the fabric surface where it dries quickly before it gets cold and chills them to the bone. The way things are going, pretty soon kids will be picky even about the style of their baselayers. Nip it in the bud, and opt for a Marmot Midweight Crew.

Excellent Product Went snowshoeing and temp outside was just 32 degrees but because of the crew only needed another long sleeve shirt and a sweat jacket. Kept dry and warm:~)

Training Tips
Proper hydration for a run includes drinking 30 - 45 minutes before you start and about a cup every 10 - 15 minutes while running.
One of the best ways to win a running race is to win it in your mind first. Visualize yourself running and winning that important race. The more often you do this, you will start to "feel" the race. Your heart will get pumping and your body will feel the effort required to get the job done.

Be serious about getting and staying in shape. Create a written plan that outlines the steps you are taking and the expected result by a certain date. Review your plan frequently and adjust as necessary. Do what it takes to get what you want.
Buy running gear made with performance fabrics - Supplex, Coolmax, Lycra, Goretex - that allow for full range of motion.
