Heart Rate Monitor WarrantySteps to take when you HRM is under warranty and you need it fixed. Start by contacting the manufacture to determine what their return / replacement policy is. At the very least contact the seller. Carefully pack up the monitor and all the heart rate accessories that go with it, including the wrist receiver and transmitter belt. Make sure to include proof of purchase along with a detailed description of the problem. Is the monitor not displaying anything? Do the numbers flicker? The more details, the better.
