The Samurai is the next evolutionary step. A thin profile increases the speed and flying window. Ozone also fine tuned the Samurai's plan-form and reduced the tip area to create a smoother, tighter turn radius, whilst maintaining constant power. The 4 meter Samurai provides enough power to pull you along in most winds, yet remains manageable in strong winds. The 4 meter is one of the Samurai’s most popular sizes. Four line configuration includes two main lines and two brake lines. Construction is millimeter accurate, producing beautiful clean wings built to paragliding standards. All bridle line's are stitched then connected to the wing via tabs (attachment points), which are sewn into the cell walls for maximum strength. This attention to detail creates kites that can take abuse, but more importantly keep their designed factory trim for their lifetime, giving you peace of mind. The Samurai can be used with either standard four-line handles or a control bar. –Vendor *Colors of kite may vary.

Training Tips

As your fitness improves over time by following a carefully planned fitness program, your ability to exercise closer to your maximum heart rate will improve.

Did you know that to lose approximately one pound of fat, an average adult would have to walk 30 miles? You don't have to walk those 30 miles all at once.

If you consume 100 calories a day more than you need, you will gain about 10 pounds in a year.  A reasonable combination of diet and exercise can help control your weight.  The key is to balance your caloric intake with the amount of exercise.

You can increase your maximum oxygen consumption by approximately 15% when you work out three times a week for at least 30 minutes at 70% of your maximum heart rate.
