Yes indeed, probably the coolest LOOKING pair of gloves ever. When it comes to functionality, really, I mean, a glove is a glove. If it keeps your hands dry and warm, then it's worth the money. This glove has yet to leak, and with a lifetime warranty, who the hell cares if it does after a couple years. Stay warm and dry in style! Get these bad boys! Let's not forget the tenacious grip provided by the leather palms, the snot wipee's on the thumbs, and the compact, low profile design. great product, A+


Great gloves
I've used these gloves in snowstorms and sunny days, and they've worked great. Completely waterproof and breathable, and the low-profile design makes it easy to still use my hands. Awesome gloves.


Great all around gloves
I am very pleased with these gloves, they aren't the greatest when it gets really cold out, like below 10 degrees, but I also have cold hands all the time, so others may not have that problem. The Gore-Tex keeps your hands dry and they still breath well, and they aren't too bulky either. My only complaint is the velcro wrist closures; once you have both gloves on and you have to take them off, the tabs are hard to grasp. I have had to use my teeth numerous times. Other than that, excellent gloves.

Training Tips

An efficient long distance running stride will have you landing on your heal first and rolling to the front of your toes.

One of the most mentally toughening things you can do as a runner who trains daily is to add a morning run into your routine.  This means you are doing two runs a day.  The morning run is simply more of a mental challenge then anything else.



Have two pairs of running shoes, especially if you live in a wet climate.  Consider replacing your shoes no later than 500 miles into the life of the shoes.

Proper hydration for a run includes drinking 30 - 45 minutes before you start and about a cup every 10 - 15 minutes while running.
