Black Diamond Jetstream Glove
Meet the Jetstream—a glove that molds to the contours of the hand and allows skiers and climbers to use their fingers without restriction. The secret? A remarkably dexterous material called Polartec Windbloc. Black Diamond has designed this glove for time when hand protection is needed but bulk must be left behind. The reinforced suede palm adds to the Jetstream's durability and allows for solid purchase on tools and ski poles. Elasticized wristbands ensure secure fit. In sum, it's a capable windproof glove great for any high-intensity activity like ski-touring or the occasional mixed pitch.

Okay casual glove but not for below 40 F I have been looking for what seems to be an elusive glove. Good dexterity yet still warm at freezing and perhaps below (will just take the freezing). I have a pair of Marmot Powerstretch liners that I love which have good dexterity and touch as well as looking great but at or below freezing and especially with wind they don't do the job. I had high hopes for the Jetstreams after reading another review here but they are no warmer than the Marmot Powerstrech and don't have the dexterity to match them. They are well made, comfortable, and look good but are only good for warm winter or cool fall days. In addition the suede patch on the palm is useless and soaks up water.
great gloves Warm, comfortable, light weight. Perfect for hiking in the Rockies.
Jetstream Glove Really nice glove. Took out to Copper Mt. on 3/23 for a few days. They did the job except when it got really cold. For anything 25-30F and above it worked well.
Good gloves These gloves are good, but not for extreme conditions, tested at 20°F warmth is good, but isolation from water or humidity is so so. You can still perform precision tasks, like adjusting crampons with gloves on.
Great gloves Love the gloves and your customer service is fantastic.

Training Tips
Have two pairs of running shoes, especially if you live in a wet climate. Consider replacing your shoes no later than 500 miles into the life of the shoes.
Proper hydration for a run includes drinking 30 - 45 minutes before you start and about a cup every 10 - 15 minutes while running.

One of the best ways to win a running race is to win it in your mind first. Visualize yourself running and winning that important race. The more often you do this, you will start to "feel" the race. Your heart will get pumping and your body will feel the effort required to get the job done.
Be serious about getting and staying in shape. Create a written plan that outlines the steps you are taking and the expected result by a certain date. Review your plan frequently and adjust as necessary. Do what it takes to get what you want.
