Use of Accelerade in pre-race running I am part of a 12 person relay team that runs from Mt. Hood, OR to Seaside, OR. I drank Accelerade powder that I mixed into my own water before each of my 3-5 mile legs of the relay. It was great tasting and satisfied my thirst, as I drank it during the race also. It was better than my previous sports drink, as I felt refreshed even during my run, had no problems with heat because it replaces electrolytes with sodium and potassium, and has not too high of a calorie count. Accelerade for during and after excercise. Accelerade was recommended by a friend who is a bike racer as a good boost during exercise and after for muscle recovery. I have searched the internet extensively and found that the price for the large container of Accelerade was priced better than almost all other sites. I think I actually bought one super cheap from BackcountryStore.com on sale. I was pretty amazed that BackcountryStore.com sold Accelerade but was pleased to find that there are other performance supplements also on your site. Thank You

If you consume 100 calories a day more than you need, you will gain about 10 pounds in a year. A reasonable combination of diet and exercise can help control your weight. The key is to balance your caloric intake with the amount of exercise.
