Clean-up is easy! The non-stick nature of this cookset makes life a breeze. This kit doesn't weight very much, either. There are "pak-towels" included to keep the pans from scratching each other. These pads work well for cleaning, scrubbing, and drying, also. I can fit my MSR Whisperlite stove inside this kit, and pack it all together to save a lot of space. Highly reccomended.
Best I've used This set is wonderful. Many of the pre-packaged entrees will stick and burn to anything else. I've made thick chili in this without worring about cleanup. I advise getting a small non-scratch 3M sponge for cleanup.
Simple Cooking & Clean-Up I first learned about this cookset when it was featured in an older issue of Shape magazine. The nonstick surface works really well & is very easy to clean. Food cooks on it just like it would on regular-sized nonstick cookware. I was impressed! Its compact size makes it easy to pack/store & I look forward to using it at the next camping trip.
better than my home cookware I am starting to use this cookset at home because it is better quality and easier to clean than the crap WalMart pots and pans in my kitchen cupboard. MSR has done a great job creating a high quality cookset that can cook anything. They provide just the right size pots for anything you would want on the trail. The only downfall is that it doesn't easily carry my dragonfly stove.
Great Cookset! Loved the non-stick cookset. Very lightweight. The bottoms of the pans had grooves to prevent slipping on the stove that worked great.

Training Tips
Efficient running position allows you to run farther and faster. Keep the heel raise to a minimum, relax your upper body and hands, keep your upper body poised and quiet.
If you want to make progess in your training, join a running group. A commitment to meet on a regular basis with a group of like minded individuals will help you keep your focus.

An efficient long distance running stride will have you landing on your heal first and rolling to the front of your toes.
One of the most mentally toughening things you can do as a runner who trains daily is to add a morning run into your routine. This means you are doing two runs a day. The morning run is simply more of a mental challenge then anything else.
