Thule Super G
The Thule Super G bike carrier answers the problems raised by today's unconventional mountain bike frame designs, and is one of the easiest-loading bike rack designs on the planet. Designed with long-travel downhill and freeride mountain bikes in mind, the burly Super G easily cradles up to 60-pound bikes with a 3.0 max tire width. We're stoked that a major bike rack manufacturer finally figured out that removing 20mm thru-axles is a giant pain. And for owners of ,000+ bikes, the Super G never touches your frame—it only grabs the wheels, so the only scratches you'll get are from the trail, not neighboring bikes on the rack or the rack itself. The Super G attaches to the bike using a unique two part front wheel clamp, and has an integrated cable lock to provide maximum security. The Super G's universal mounting ability makes it the perfect rack when you need to haul lots of different bikes.

Thule Super G The Super G is an easy to use rack. It is great not having to take off the front wheel. The bikes are secure and I do not worry about them as I drive. Be sure to order 4 locks with your order.
Super G holder, must be removed from rack when bike is not being carried This is a very good product, especially for downhill/freeride bikes. It really holds the bike perfectly. The problem is, according to Thule Customer Service, that this holder cannot be left mounted to the rack when you are not carrying a bike. The problem is that the front bars, the ones that hold the front tire, are completely loose when they are down. This is very dangerous, since if you do a hard stop the front bar can open by itself due to the inertia and it my damage the holder to say the least. I’m afraid it might break and hit the wind shield or other part of the car. I guess that’s why Thule says that it must be removed when not carrying the bike. I can’t believe that they have designed it without a simple strap method for the front bars. So, for that reason, thumbs down.
Super G thule bike holder on Factory Audi A4 Racks This is not an ideal bike tray if you’re using the xSporter adapters. The front bars are completely loose when it isn’t loaded with a bike and with a hard stop they might open and damage the holder. I asked Thule and they told me that when I’m not using the carrier I should remove it. Can you imagine, if I ride every day, I need to put on and remove the holder. What an answer. I’m trying to find a way to strap the front bar down, so I can leave it on mounted on the cross bars when I’m not carrying the bike. Jp

Training Tips
When buying a new pair of running shoes, bring your old ones with you. You will get a better fit if you know if you supinate or pronate.
Heart monitors are useful for knowing when you are in the right zone for your training efforts. If you understand what your maximum heart rate is, you can set up your monitor to beep at you when you exceed the high or low range of your heart rate for the type of workout you are doing.

Cross training gives your body a chance to recover while still exercising. If yesterday has a hard run day up and down hills, then today's bicycle ride gives your aching knees a well deserved break.
Anaeroic threshold is when lactic acid starts to build up in your body as your muscles are not getting the oxygen they require. This threshold is typically expressed as a percentage of your VO2 max - the amount of oxygen per kilogram of weight that a person can use in converting fuel to energy. Elite athletes threshold might be as high as 90% of VO2 max.
