The North Face Off Chute 18 Ski Backpack - 1100 cu in
Perfect for carting your skis on resort and short off-piste adventures, The North Face Off Chute 18 Ski Backpack will hold your other gear as well. Designed with a thin profile for balance and lift friendliness, the Off Chute 18 holds your skis securely with a flytrap attachment. A front shovel pocket and dual gear loops keep your rescue equipment close at hand. The Off Chute is hydration compatible and has a fleece lined optics pocket to keep your goggles from getting scratched. Best of all, the Off Chute 18 is made from heavy duty nylon so it'll be intact even if you decide hurling it down the slope is better than wearing it.

North Face Off Chute 18 Pack To any day skier out there, I highly recommend this pack for your everyday use. I got it before a weeklong trip to ski in Northern Arizona. The pack held my 100 oz. Camelback bladder quite well. I love the optics pocket for my different pairs of goggles. The ski restraint system is very useful and worked rather well with my skis. I ski on 190s and the pack held them down very well. The pack is very comfortable. I have begun to use it as my school pack of choice. All of the supports work great and it never felt like it was moving at all while I was hitting the runs. Great pack, lots of compartments. But most of all, great value and it sells cheaper than any other store online - I looked.

Training Tips
Proper hydration for a run includes drinking 30 - 45 minutes before you start and about a cup every 10 - 15 minutes while running.
One of the best ways to win a running race is to win it in your mind first. Visualize yourself running and winning that important race. The more often you do this, you will start to "feel" the race. Your heart will get pumping and your body will feel the effort required to get the job done.

Be serious about getting and staying in shape. Create a written plan that outlines the steps you are taking and the expected result by a certain date. Review your plan frequently and adjust as necessary. Do what it takes to get what you want.
Buy running gear made with performance fabrics - Supplex, Coolmax, Lycra, Goretex - that allow for full range of motion.
