The DAKINE Drafter pack is a smaller hydration pack with a 70 oz Flowlock reservoir and sweet gear organization systems. External compression straps easily attach body armor, while drop-down organizer pockets, a fleece lined sunglass pocket, an external zippered tool pocket and three interior mesh tool pockets keep your other gear in order. The Flowlock has a neoprene hose cover, and the Drafter's reservoir pocket is insulated, so you can sip cool water in the summer heat, and not worry about your H2O freezing in the winter. dakine drafter backpack Pack is fine the only thing that bothers me was the hydration tube itself.. it was bent and the water backs up. (Like bending a garden hose while the water is running) so I have to keep readjusting it. A little painful to have to stop on the mountain to fix.
dakine pack I love it. Plenty of storage space, as well as very comfortable. You don't know it's there.

Training Tips
When buying a new pair of running shoes, bring your old ones with you. You will get a better fit if you know if you supinate or pronate.
Heart monitors are useful for knowing when you are in the right zone for your training efforts. If you understand what your maximum heart rate is, you can set up your monitor to beep at you when you exceed the high or low range of your heart rate for the type of workout you are doing.
