Burton Day Hiker Backpack Very nice bag. Has plenty of pockets and plenty of comfortable padding. I like the idea that it is not a huge backpack but will still hold my board and other things conveniently. Good price as always with BackcountryStore.com. I give this bag a 5 it was exactly what I was looking for.
Good Buy and Very Versatile This pack looks good and fits good. It can carry alot and is a good airline carry-on bag. I used it on a surf trip to Costa Rica and it performed well. It may be a little big to wear on the lifts but I'll try it out next month in Japan and see.
Strnagers compliment day pack I saw a woman on the subway with one. Had to have one. Great for walking in the NYC. Used it on a strenuous hike in the rain-forest. I get compliments on it. It holds a lot and you won't even notice it is there. Should I take up snowboarding?
Awesome!!! I purchased the Day Hiker Backpack for my sister, for Christmas, and she absolutely loves it. She has this fascination with Burton Backpacks and she doesn't snowboard at all. None-the-less she uses it everyday for school. As a freshman in highschool we know the workload increases, and the Backpack manages to hold everything she needs it to.

Training Tips
An efficient long distance running stride will have you landing on your heal first and rolling to the front of your toes.
One of the most mentally toughening things you can do as a runner who trains daily is to add a morning run into your routine. This means you are doing two runs a day. The morning run is simply more of a mental challenge then anything else.

Have two pairs of running shoes, especially if you live in a wet climate. Consider replacing your shoes no later than 500 miles into the life of the shoes.
Proper hydration for a run includes drinking 30 - 45 minutes before you start and about a cup every 10 - 15 minutes while running.
