Backcountry Access Chugach Pro EXT Shovel
If you're dealing with big snow the Backcountry Access Chugach Pro EXT Shovel is the one for you. The oval shaped shaft tube increases prying strength over traditional round tubes and also minimizes fatigue by fitting ergonomically into a gloved hand. The blade on the Chugach Pro EXT Shovel is 11.25" wide by 12.5" long and will allow you to efficiently build that monster kicker after it dumps or, though far less exciting, to dig your car out of five feet of snow.

Everything it's "cracked up" to be! Got to try it out in a really heavy snow and ice storm. Strong, lightweight, durable and collapsible for easy storage in the back of the van (it was great on a trip). I'm very pleased.

You can increase your maximum oxygen consumption by approximately 15% when you work out three times a week for at least 30 minutes at 70% of your maximum heart rate.
Low weight, high rep circuit training combines the best of both worlds: aerobic and anaerobic training. Keeping the rest time in between high repeats low excercises like bench press, leg presses, inclined sit-ups, and upright rows is the key to maximum benefits.
