Rossignol Scratch FS Alpine Ski
The Rossignol Scratch FS alpine ski is a featherweight aerialist designed to take you to the next level of freestyle progression. A superlight THC wood core (Triple Hybrid Core) makes spinning shamelessly easy. 30-degree sidewalls also make for a lighter ski. In addition, pivoting (like reverting from fakie to forward and buttering) become much easier. Two binding mounting points give you options to mount the FS as a progressive switch jibster or as a more traditional all-mountain ripper. If you live in the park, only ski straight to hit a jump and have logged more airtime than most commercial pilots, the FS is your ride.

sweetness I have never skied on a ski like this. I know they say park and pipe but they really can do anything. I used to ski a pair of dynastars that were seriously top of the line. These skis perform on the mountain better than my dynastars. I can whip these around from side to side and carve in a way I never have before. These are also great fakie skiing skis. I could do before with a non-twin tip ski but these just make it that much easier. Super light and price. Definitely a ski to consider.
Quality These are the nice twin tips have have used in my life so far. There are very light and have excellant balance. They are not that great in the pipe though.
Fantastic Skis - Scratch FS Alpine Ski These skis are great for free skiing as well as the park and at speed! I love the price I got them for(on sale) and they were delivered to UPS in quick time for delivery. Keep up the great prices.
awsome These skis are awesome I ride in parks and I race. These skis are not just for parks they are an awesome race ski, they're very fast and light weight .

Did you know that to lose approximately one pound of fat, an average adult would have to walk 30 miles? You don't have to walk those 30 miles all at once.

If you consume 100 calories a day more than you need, you will gain about 10 pounds in a year. A reasonable combination of diet and exercise can help control your weight. The key is to balance your caloric intake with the amount of exercise.
You can increase your maximum oxygen consumption by approximately 15% when you work out three times a week for at least 30 minutes at 70% of your maximum heart rate.
