Head Skis USA Mad Trix Alpine Ski
The Head Mad_Trix alpine ski is the original jibber in Head's line-up. This new school classic boasts a mid-fat waistline, soft, cushy flex and twin tips for pulling the old switch-a-roo. Whether you're working on you Winter X steez or looking for a good all-around ski to jib up your entire mountain, the Mad_Trix will help you get your skills up to par. The Mad_Trix's soft flex is forgiving on landings and is easy to maneuver when a foot of fresh closes the park. While the Mad_Trix will perform anywhere on the hill, it loves the airborne antics. The 74cm underfoot makes for reasonable rail sliding and carving up icy pipe walls. A balanced swing weight and twin tips make this ski super easy to spin around.

WOW I love these skis, they are the best skies I've ever tried. They go almost everywhere, ok in powder but a little to thin! You won't regret that you bought them the price is good for this type of skis....
Gotta keep this place in check Yeah, its true the Mad Trix are sick, but this site doesn't know quite what they are talking about. They say something about soft flex, and that is in no way true, they are the stiffest freeride ski on the market. Other than that, they are a sick ski. I recommend them.
Sweet skies The skis work great for anything that you want to do. I like the park and also enjoy just skiing the slops. These skis are the best skis I have ever used. The skis not only work very well they also look cool.

Training Tips
Proper hydration for a run includes drinking 30 - 45 minutes before you start and about a cup every 10 - 15 minutes while running.
One of the best ways to win a running race is to win it in your mind first. Visualize yourself running and winning that important race. The more often you do this, you will start to "feel" the race. Your heart will get pumping and your body will feel the effort required to get the job done.

Be serious about getting and staying in shape. Create a written plan that outlines the steps you are taking and the expected result by a certain date. Review your plan frequently and adjust as necessary. Do what it takes to get what you want.
Buy running gear made with performance fabrics - Supplex, Coolmax, Lycra, Goretex - that allow for full range of motion.
