Petzl Pro Traxion Pulley Rope Clamp
Petzl Protraxion Pulley/Rope Clamp is a swing-sided self-jamming pulley designed for hauling systems. The coefficient of friction is very low thanks to a 38 mm diameter sheave mounted on sealed ball bearings. Its performance makes it an ideal pulley for big-wall climbing. An auxiliary return point for the rope allows hauling systems for heavy loads to be set up. The rope is installed very easily by opening one of the swing sides, which is unlocked by simply pressing a button: you can thus install the rope when the Protraxion is already installed on the anchor point. For use on ropes from 8 to 13 mm.
$94.95
Don't leave ground without it Sure you could bring a regular pulley and use an upside down jug, but in my book anything that makes wall life simpler is worth it's weight. Once you haul with one of these, you won't go back. Don't skimp and get the mini either; the weight you'll save will be paid for many times over with extra sweat fighting the higher friction from the smaller wheel.

Training Tips
Efficient running position allows you to run farther and faster. Keep the heel raise to a minimum, relax your upper body and hands, keep your upper body poised and quiet.
If you want to make progess in your training, join a running group. A commitment to meet on a regular basis with a group of like minded individuals will help you keep your focus.

An efficient long distance running stride will have you landing on your heal first and rolling to the front of your toes.
One of the most mentally toughening things you can do as a runner who trains daily is to add a morning run into your routine. This means you are doing two runs a day. The morning run is simply more of a mental challenge then anything else.
