Black Diamond Neutrino Carabiner
Steep limestone, granite slabs, crimpy quartzite. Frozen waterfalls, sketchy pillars, alpine ice. Zion link-ups, Teton traverses, Peruvian summit bids. As the lightest, full-service biner in existence, the Neutrino is up for the challenge of whatever game you're playing today.
$7.90
It's like I'm wearing nothing at all Lightweight, super compact, and reliable. These are worth carrying if you care anything about shaving ounces off of your rack (read: don't want to hump an oversized pack full of heavy gear on that hour plus approach). They are really small too, which helps minimize the cluster**** factor hanging from your gear loops. Plus, they still freak a few people out when they see you using them and wonder if that's a keychain biner you just clipped that last Camalot into.
Good for alpine and trad climbing These super-light ‘biners are ideal for anyone who wants to shave weight off their rack. If you're not one of these people, there's something wrong with you. They are surprisingly easy to clip and have about the same gate clearance as bigger ‘biners. Stick with full-size carabineers for sport climbs.

If you consume 100 calories a day more than you need, you will gain about 10 pounds in a year. A reasonable combination of diet and exercise can help control your weight. The key is to balance your caloric intake with the amount of exercise.
